Overview:

There is decrease in the total no. of accidents over period with maximum in 2007 (from graph 1). This decrease is contributed mostly by day in comparison to night. Accidents at night has both least and maximum number each year (from graph 2). The period with high and low accidents is during 6pm-12am and 3am-6am respectively (from graph 3). This is further supported in 4 which gives around 1500 average deaths during 9pm-12am (from graph 4).
