Introduction

  • To introduce the features of different countries from all around the world
  • To explore some interesting or knowledgeable facts of a country
  • To go deeper into a certain country by selecting the attributes and look at the data

QUESTION:

What do you know about a certain country?

So HOW? WHAT can we do to get the information?

Description on Dataset

Our dataset consists of 20 variables(features)and 97 observations(countries). Basically, we retrieve the variables from 9 different datasets.

There are some variables needed to be define:

  1. Suicide rate –> measured per 100,000 population
  2. Urbanization Rate –> average rate of change of the size of the urban population over the given period of time
  3. Cost of Living Index/Groceries Index/Restaurant Price Index/Local Purchasing Power Index/Crime Index –> measured over 100%
  4. Happiness Score –> rating from 0-10
  5. Total Fertility Rate –> measured by births per woman (average number of children that would be born to a woman over her lifetime)
