Methodological

  1. Similar to previous analyses, we are primarily looking at the year leading up to a decision.

  2. We are not looking at ‘integrated’ partnerships. That is, we are focusing on utilization at the account where the renewal decision is made.

GRP 1-2 Analysis

Renewal by Decision Type
  1. NNLOA is hovering just above 60%, which is higher than the aggregate average.
  2. Most of the decisions have been opt outs. The opt out performance is below what we see in other forums, but still a large increase above NNLOA.
  3. Overall performance is better than most other forums.

Renewal Rate by Account Segment
  1. I thought EDGP and EDSF were strictly applied to the Regional space, so seeing Large and International is surprising.
  2. REgional Private is renewing better here than in many other forums; same with Regional Public.

Renewal by Decision Type & Segment
  1. Regional Privates perform as good on opt outs as they do on NNLOA (very small N for NNLOA)
  2. Different story for Regional Public - NNLOA is comparable to what we see in aggregate, while Opt Out is perfect.

Impact Interaction Volume Histogram
  1. Peak at 10 with the average closer to 12, given the heavier tail.
  2. Very few partnerships below the 5 line.
  3. Second peak at 13.

Impact Interaction Volume Histogram Split by Decision
  1. Not terribly informative given the low volume of NNLOA decisions.

Renewal by Interaction Volume and Decision Type, Unbinned
  1. Pretty sparse when broken out in this way. Therefore no strict conclusions.
  2. Peak at 10 for opt outs renews lower than peak at 13. Why? Variation in the data or something else?

  2. For those who did have a previous contract, we see very high utilization!
  3. Most of the drops come from Opt Outs/NNLOAs without a previous year in the contract.

Correlation betwen Event Groupings, and Renewal
  1. Because we have higher consumption overall, we are seeing higher correlations.
  2. Renewals is relatively correlated with Events and Research Interviews
  3. Expert Calls and Events tend to be positively correlated with the other Impact Interaction categories.
  4. Unlikely correlations - we tend to see SL Led and Events as highly correlated, instead SL Led and Expert Calls and Research Interviews are highly correlated.

##### Multivariate Regression (still kind of simple)

Note: Looking at all decision types.

  1. Events are the closest to being significant.
  2. None of the other impact interactions are significant
