Case Rubber Duck Number 2.

Your company, large manufacturer of yellow rubber ducks, is going through IT boom: your IT budget inflated 10x this year.

Your CEO, Scrooge McDuck, strangely trust you enough to manage the stategic portfolio of new IT projects.

Here they are:

• New e-commerce B2B site
• The application to plan web advertisiment campaings for your production
• Web-based system to collect travel allowance reports
• Automated import-export interface for your warehousing and logistics system
• Web-dashboard, showing the most important company KPIs

For each of the project examples above, decide weather stakeholders listed below are System or Project, and why. What would their level of involvment in your project be?

Distance Learning

Your school is considering to open a distance learning department. As the only person in the company, who could spell 'Facebook' in one word without having a linguistic heart attack, you've been assigned responsible for failure of the project.

Stakeholders

• Identify the most important Project and System stakeholders.
• Who are most likely to support your project and why?
• Who are most likely to be against it?
• Which stimuli could be used to make involvment in your project more desirable for those who don't care?

Personas

• Identify 2 or 3 main client Personas for your system.
• What benefits could your system provide them with?
• What would the main features of your system to support those benefits be?
