For this assignment, you will use the same data as the Factor Analysis assignment to discover the important topics in U.S. Governors’ tweets about the pandemic. The dataframe for the assignment includes four columns - State, Name, and Party of Governor plus the Text of their tweets. The Text column is the one you should process and analyze.
Load all the libraries or functions that you will use to for the rest of the assignment. It is helpful to define your libraries and functions at the top of a report, so that others can know what they need for the report to compile correctly.
Load the Python libraries or functions that you will use for that section.

Here are some guidelines Arkansans can follow to stay safe and healthy. https://t.co/245GhOgm2H According to the CDC, the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to avoid being exposed to the virus. COVID-19 is thought to spread between people within 6 feet of each other. By practicing social distancing, we can help mitigate the outbreak in our state. The rising number of positive COVID-19 cases in Arkansas reflect the additional testing capacity that we now have. We want that number to rise. That means we are locating and isolating cases across the state that otherwise would go undetected, which slows the spread of the virus. Create the dictionary and term document matrix in Python.

Create the LDA Topics model in Python using the same number of topics as used in the Factor Analysis assignment.
##python chunk

Create the interactive graphics html file. Please note that this file saves in the same folder as your markdown document, and you should upload the knitted file and the LDA visualization html file.

Interpret your topics and compare to MEM themes with PCA. Explain the results from your analysis (at least 5 sentences).
ANSWER: The LDA fit alpha value is lower (0.02718556), it indicates higher percentages of documents that were classified to one single topic. Coming to the entropy value of LDA_fit, it is around 0.13796, which is less than 1 and lower compared to the others. This indicates that there is one topic which is used heavily in all the documents. Clearly both the graphs the one created using python , the one created using R both show covid-19 as predominant topic. The graphs also show that the topics are not evenly spread.
