Medway Registered Voters

Medway has a estimated population of 13,479. There are 10,118 Registered Voters out of an estimated adult population of 10,163, (99.5%, Population statistics from US Census).

Please note that for simplicity the analysis in all the charts below does not show the Lbertarian, Green-Rainbow, and other third parties which together account for 1% of Registered Medway Voters.

Presidential Primary 2020

The charts below show the Presidential Primary on March 3,2020, which was just a couple weeks before the Covid 19 lockdown started. The darker color is the election turnout and the lighter color is the total number of registered voters in each category of age and gender.

September 2020 State Primary

The turnout for the September 2020 Primary was driven by the US Senate Race, a very competetive 4th Congressional District Race, and cabin fever from Covid lockdown. The darker color is the election turnout and the lighter color is the total number of registered voters in each category of age and gender.

Presidential and State Election 2020

The darker color is the election turnout and the lighter color is the total number of registered voters in each category of age and gender. Note the very high turnouts compared to the Presidential Primary and State Primary Elections. Most noticable is the large uptick in 18-20 and 21-25 turnout from pre-pandemic levels.
