Data Represented

Here, descriptive statistics on the Canine subtree can be found. There are two different datasets that are represented here. There is the full canine dataset which has been subsected from the larger global tree according to branching that occured. In addition to the branching, a group of arctic foxes branch was removed since it was highly divergent.

In addition to the large canine tree, there is also an additional subsected European branch dataset. This has been subsected to provided a test dataset to test GLM methods in BEAST, to allow for shorter processing times.

Below, you will find the descriptive statistics for both of these datasets including, country, host species, data, and genome length indications.
