There are 2 types of Sadhana in satsang.
What we do externally only represents 1% in the journey to become brahmrup while our mental Sadhana represents 99%. Vaicharik Sadhana is the primary factor behind strengthening our agna and upasana (the two wings to Akshardham). It helps us build on the correct samjan.
If we lose our janpanu, and deviate our focus from vaicharik to dehik, then what can happen? Reflect on past prasangs. For example:
Hence, we should contemplate daily on our goal in satsang. Mahant Swami Maharaj has also given us the sadhana mantra:
As we can see, our sadhana is vaicharik. Mahant Swami Maharaj has also gifted us the Satsang Diksha granth, where he emphasises the vichars an aspirant must have while doing sadhana. Since we don’t have to go the forests or the Himalayas, our sadhana depends upon the attitudes we cultivate, which ultimately governs our attainment.
