This session can seem a little conusing to set up, I’ve tried to give as clear instructions as I can though. Do your best and see how you go.

When setting up this session, I suggest you set your cones out in the order of A>B>C>D.

  1. Set out your A and B cones.
  2. Start at Cone B and walk toward cone A for your set “B_to_C”.
  3. Turn, walk out your “Cone_out” distance, place cone C, walk back to be in line with cones A and B.
  4. Walk toward cone A your “C_to_B” distance.
  5. Turn, walk out your “Cone_out” distance, place cone D, walk back to be in line with cones A and B.
  6. Finally, check that cone A is the correct distance away based on you “D_to_A” distance.
    • Don’t stress about it being absolutely exact, within a meter or two is fine.
