Chromosome 22

For chromosome 22, PC1 is similar to the that of chromosome 10 and 20: the African population forms a cluster, while the Admixed American population shares minor similarities with the African population. For PC2, no significant clusters are formed. Like in chromosome 20, parts of the South Asian population cluster in the negative direction when it comes to PC2 (as opposed to positive direction in chromosome 10). For PC3, chromosome 22 again shares similarities with chromosome 20, with East Asian and European populations clustering in opposite directions with chromosome 10.
