The objective of this assignment is to create a web page presentation using R Markdown that features a plot created with Plotly. The webpage needs to be hosted on either GitHub Pages, RPubs, or NeoCities. I chose to host it on RPubs.l be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document.

The dataset used is CO2 from MASS library which contains the CO2 uptake of six plants from Quebec and six plants from Mississippi which were measured at several levels of ambient CO2 concentration. Half the plants of each type were chilled overnight before the experiment was conducted.The plot is created based on data in this dataset which is showing Carbon dioxide uptake rates in Grass Plants against ambient Carbon Dioxide concentrations with the color of the points showing the origin of the plant (Quebec/ Mississippi) and type of treament of the plant (nonchilled & chilled).
