The data comes from the base R package called txhousing. The table includes the median housing prices for sold homes in over 40 Texas cities from 2000 to 2015.

Once the app is open, you will see a dropdown menu named “Select City:”
Select which city you would like to view. Within a second or so, an interactive Plotly graph will update showing the median housing values of the city from 2000-2015, plus a regression line passing through the points.
