Purpose: This internal facing document is meant to present client use of PAVE overall as well as on an agency by agency basis. The data represent all legitimate agencies in the production environment. Activity of agencies understood to be entered in error are no considered, currently this includes "Clinic ", "NDHHS", "Saint Francis Ministries", "ST Francis Ministries", "St Francis Ministries", ""DHHS Children and Family Services", and "Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services".

A note on terminology:

• A “verified user” is a user who has registered their email address and verified their account. They do not necessarily have platform access.

• A “login” is an instance of a user providing their email and password and clicking submit. A login doesn’t necessarily result in in platform access (for instance, a user might “login” and be notified their account’s approval is pending).

• A “Screen submission” is an instance of a user submitting details to a case by way of a Screen. Multiple Screen submissions may be associated with one client.
