Description: This report summarizes Slicer segmentation success, for all 6 of the SPINS scanning sites, using the new UKF pipeline. We capture data for n=428. Note: I have not removed participants who are will be excluded from the CCA analysis for any reason (e.g., not continuously eligible, missing social cognition and/or neurocognition data, etc): this report includes all available UKF data.

The count variable indicates the number of participants with data for a given tract, and percent indicates corresponding percentage. In total, we have data for 31089 tracts out of a possible maximum of 31244, i.e., 99.5%.

Visualization: Complete missingness.

Below is a visual summary of missing data. Black indicates that the tract is missing entirely for the given participant.

Table: Missing tracts by participant. Most participants have all tracts. Participants with over 5 missing tracts will be excluded, even if the missing tracts aren’t part of the CCA. In all cases, participant exclusions on this basis agree with visual QC ratings.
