Hello everyone!
I created this report using our REDCap COVID-19 imaging database.


Data collection

This table shows how much data we have already collected in REDCap.


Tables with outcomes

We tentatively chose the primary endpoint as a composite of:



This table shows some outcomes for each of 125 patients that are entered in the database.



Interactive table with all vatiables

This is a table with all the variables in the database.

It can be overwhelming because it has 631 variables, but they can be filtered:
  1. By variable type, by checking boxes below Type ov variable
  2. By p value by moving the knob under “p value filter”
  3. You can search for a variable’s name (upper right corner of the table)
Values are presented similarly to a table in a journal: mean and standard deviation for normally distributed continuous variables and median and IQR for non-normally distributed variabes. For categorical variables n and (%). P values are calculated by appropriate tests (chi2, Mann-Whitney or Welch t-test).

Red color indicates p < 0.05.
