About me!

I have spent nearly 4 years developing and supporting massive business initiatives in a highly matrixed business environment at Caterpillar. As a highly skilled facilitator, I have developed and delivered several proof of concepts, site migrations, internal monitoring scripts and Watson Explorer engine upgrades.

My experience spans digital marketing, strategic planning, business intelligence and the Enterprise Search application.

  • Managed development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, ETL framework building, data analysis, and reported Insights using data and visualization in Tableau and Data Studio

  • Created SQL scripts to extract, transform, and load the data from heterogeneous source systems. Created Data framework and CRM workflows which resulted in an enhanced and improved CRM platform

  • Assigned the no-index tags to cat.com content and configured the search engine to honor those tags

  • Set up search functionality for ~20 internal sites and 3 DEG sites in 2017 and 2018 for Cat.com and its subsidiaries

  • Designed ~10 automation scripts to monitor the performance of UNIX servers and pre-emptively identifying application issues to avoid major infrastructure outage, ensuring 100% application availability

  • Handled repository migration, application and webserver configuration, LDAP authentication, and data sources

  • Built multidimensional cubes in SSAS to achieve fast query performance against business data

  • Created dashboards and monthly usage reports for Caterpillar websites and Identified business needs to create standard and Ad-hoc reports using Google Analytics to provide strategic and solutions to the business users

My experience with R started about a year ago during the R Bootcamp that was hosted prior to the semester starting. After that I’ve used R in my Data Analysis method course.
