The mean in Group T1a [ 20.38 ± 0.87 ] was significantly lower than Group T1b [ 23.82 ± 1.63 ] . The mean difference was -3.44 and 95 % confidence interval of the difference was ( -4.39  -  -2.49 ) . The p value was <0.001 . The t statistic was -7.43 and degree of freedom of the Welch unpaired two-sample t test was 25.44 .In Formal statistical notation this result is expressed as : t(25.44) = -7.43, p= <0.001.
