Tier 1 Training Program Overview
Tier 1 of the Cooperative Training Program will cover Fundamentals of Cooperative Development and inclue an Interactive Module on Cooperative Project Design for those participants/organizations with a specific project planned.Training in Fundamentals of Cooperative Development will include cooperative concepts and structures, the business development processes, cooperative governance and decision making, organizational and board development basics, fundraising and financial empowermen basics, and the importance of leadership culture and communication development.
