Test and Training data sets are given. The data is about the type of exercise of people and how they do it. The basic task is to predict the manner in which they do exercise. Classe variable having 5 classes (A to E) shows their exercise manner. Cross validation is performed and 2 models (random forest and decision trees) are tested. At the end, best model is used to predict the test data.

Let’s visualize the decision tree (Figure 1 in appendix section)
The accuracy of Random Forest model is about 99.52 % which is reasonably greater than that of Decision tree i-e 73.05%.
So, Random Forest model is chosen with the out-of-sample error about 0.5%
Random Forest Model is applied to predict the category of 20 entries in test data.
