Does the length of input data affect the way in which events are fit in the first half?

18 fMRI timeseries from different subjects, exams, and ROIs were each fit with two separate event segmentation models:
  • one considered only the first half of the data (~15 minutes)
  • the other considered 6 additional minutes of data (21 minutes total)

The average correlation between event boundaries for 15m and 21m runs was 0.9989139
