• The application creates an interactive map using plotly and leaflet
• There are two tabs to choose from in the main panel: County Level and State Level
• On the side panel, the user can select the state(s) to show up in the State Leve
• The user can also interact with the map in the County Level tab uing the plotly map tools located on the top of the map
