This presentation is part of the Course Project for the Coursera Developing Data Products class. First, a Shiny application is created and deployed. Second, Rstudio Presenter is used to prepare a reproducible pitch presentation about the application.

The relationship between manual or automatic transmission and miles per gallon (MPG) is reported using mtcars dataset to determine which transmission type produces a higher MPG. The relationship between a set of variables such as weight, transmission type, horsepower and number of cylinders and MPG (outcome) is explored by answering the following two questions:

Box plot that compares Automatic and Manual transmission MPG is shown. It can be seen that for manual transmission vehicles there is a significant increase in MPG when compared with automatic transmission vehicles.
