  • Positive responses/Unit follow a cylical trend of 1 week and spike on Sundays. This spike corresponds with the cyclical trend of No. of feedback calls made/unit which also spikes on Sundays
  • Positive response(Whatsapp)/Unit follows a zig-zag trend(possibly because Digital WhatsApp content is shared on alternate days)
  • Positive response(Whatsapp)/Unit appears to have increased in the last week of June(~5) and is slightly more than Positive response(SMS)/Unit(~4)
