Plotly

Plotly is an open-source online data analytics and visualization tool embedded in R Studio. It gives us the opportunity to create interactive, publication-quality graphs. It’s quite simple to use, and works alongside ggplot. (https://plotly.com/ggplot2).

Example 1 | Simple Bar Graph

Coral Genus and Number of Species
