BrainSuite distortion correction and RAS bvecs
Review of tractography
Description. This is a visual review of tractography after preprocessing with BrainSuite for registration-based distortion correction. BrainSuite distortion correction rotates the bvecs table from LAS to RAS format; previously, we had wrongly used bvecs in LAS format produced by eddy.
Participants. We selected 1 SPINS participant from each site. The CMH participant is the same as prior analyses allowing direct comparison with the incorrect bvecs. The other 5 were chosen randomly.
Image creation. The images were created with the whitematteranalysis script wm_quality_control_tractography.py.
