I was handling a product team of 10 employees where we were building live streaming and stats based scoring for cricket,football,tennis and badminton. We were also providing tournament information,coaches profile,sports feed,nearby academies and grounds information.
Responsible for deciding the product features, describing its exact working to technical team, finalizing the designs with design team and setting working timeliness. I was also responsible for testing the product before delivering to the client and stay in loop between technical team and the client for better customer support.
