The department did not have an organized tool to keep track of the activities done by debt collectors.
If the manager wanted to know what was happening until a given week of a given month, the generation of that report was not well organized (not like a corporate report); and if it was, the information was centralized (just one computer).
If a collection executive wanted to take a look at the report he would have to ask to the person in charge of the report to send him a screenshot of the report.
The collection executive couldn’t interact with the data inside the report if he wanted to check for somthing different.
The validation process was very difficult.
This app was created in order to keep track of the activities and overall collections in the Collection Department. It tracks the activities of the debts collectors the bank has in the countryside every single day of the month.
It helps the department’s manager to have a very good idea of what is happening and how the staff is responding.
It allows the collection executive to download the data that he needs, in doing so we solve the problem of ‘no interaction’ they had before.
The information is not centralized.
Allows the validation of the information provided by the debt collector.
Shows all collections in a given month per day based on client status. As Line chart.

Collector’s total debt recovery as Bar chart.
