Here, we are plotting Baseline results vs Growth of Reading and Maths for Std.1 and Std. 2 for Districts. We see that Buckets seem to be highly correlated with Baseline levels more than Growth levels
Here, we are plotting Baseline results vs Growth of Reading and Maths for Std.1 and Std. 2 for Blocks. We see that Buckets for blocks also seem to be highly correlated with Baseline levels more than Growth levels
Here, we are plotting Baseline results vs Growth of Reading and Maths for Std.1 and Std. 2 for Blocks. We see that at a DISE level, we have some schools being classified as high even though they have lower growths and baselines as compared to some of the low buckets(particularly for Std.1-Reading, Std.1-Maths and Std.2-Maths)
We see that :
Thus, ~60% blocks have the same bucket as their district
We see that :
Thus, In medium and high blocks, less than half the DISE buckets correspond to block buckets
Here, we are looking at distribution of High, medium and low buckets across the District, Block and DISE clustering. We see that at a Block level, medium bucket has the highest proportion of blocks(44%). At DISE and District level, low bucket has the highest proportion of blocks(56% and 42% respectively)
