Spring, fall, cloudcover, and precipitation all have a negative correlation with the number of trail users.

No, the two variables must be related considering they are both about the weather. These variables could include a vareity of weather variables and the correlation coefficients are only linear.

There is not much of a relationship between the two. The points are very scattered and do not have much of a correlation.
