Hi! I am Hari, data professional with over 15 years of experience in implementing data management and data analytics intiatives.

I like to work with data and enjoy problem solving,process improvements and building teams.

The feild of statistics always fascinated me and the emergence of data science fueled my curiosity to comeback to school after working for over 12 years.

I am a vivid cricket and badminton player. Mostly of the summer weekends you will find me playing cricket. I enjoy cooking and also trying out new places to eat.

I started my IT career in 2005 with Infosys as an ETL developer. Over the span of 9 years i had an oppurtunity to help various fortune 500 clients implement datawarehouse/business intelligence solutions playing varied roles ranging from Techinical Lead,Data Architect, Data Modeler and Project Manager.

Currently I am the data management lead for the commercial insurance modernization efforts at Nationwide Insurance,Columbus,Ohio and help perform data analysis,modeling and mappings to support the data design.

Experience in R

I was introduced to R for the statistical methods class and used R code to plot graphs and derive statistical values. I would classify myself as a beginner in this area and would utilize this class to learm more and become proficient in R programming.

I currently use a lot of SQL and data tools for data analysis and modeling. I have had an oppurtunity to use
