I worked as a Technical Support Lead for about half a year and Customer Service & Administrative Assistant for about two years at Apera Instruments in Columbus, OH. I analyzed feedback, reviews, repairs/returns data from customers, provided insights to improve product quality & design and customer satisfaction and explored new product & market opportunities. The work led me to this MS BANA program at UC. I hope to create more values for customers and companies in the future with the powerful analytics tools I’m learning now.
