Professional Background

After finishing my Master degree from Harbin Institute of Technology I worked for SITP (Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics Chinese Academy of Science) for ten years. Several years ago my family moved to USA as my husband relocated for his job at GE Aviation.

During the ten years working for SITP I focused on some projects in the space industry of China.

Optical system design and simulation of space remote sensor.
Complex space optical system assembly and experiment.
Large asphere mirror components manufactoring and measure.

Experience in R

I have been using R on my homeworks since I start BANA program last fall.

Experience with Other Analytic Software

I used Matlab, C, and Excel in my before-R era, but I currently are learning R, SAS, and Python.
