Note: The neurocognition, social cognition, and negative symptom variables (that will be included in the CCA) include imputed values (see http://rpubs.com/navona/thesis_dataInterpolation for imputation via MICE). All other variables are observed values (and thus contain some missing values). This summary includes data from all participants eligible for the study (n=422), minus those who failed MRI QC (remaining n=412), and those who had some predetermined amount of tracts fail to segment (remaining n=390), and are thus will be excluded from the CCA analysis. We also show a separate table for the subset of participants scanned on a PRISMA scanner (n=162).
