The HRR Coaching team organise a number of coach-led, structured training sessions:
  • Tuesdays @ 7pm: Interval training for speed endurance at OXSRAD
  • Wednesdays @ 6pm: Interval training for speed endurance at the Iffley Road track
  • Thursdays @ 7pm: Interval training for speed endurance at OXSRAD
  • Saturdays @ 9:30am: Cross Country training at South Park (Sept to Feb)
