Alibaba, Costco, Walt Disney and Qualcomm are companies which have dominated their industries. Their stock information were collected and investigated for short-term investment in this assignment. Scatterplots and candlestick charts of each firm were generated for visualizations. According to key financial indicators, Costco has the highest EPS estimate and Walt Disney has the lowest P-E ratio which make them both good candidates. Furthermore, based on the scatterplots and candlestick charts, Costco price has been falling and reached the lowest price in the past two months which leads to the potential of a surge. Therefore, I would recommend Costco among these four stocks for short-term gains.
