Here I am showing the ICC maps calculated for each derivatives by an relatively old but fast version of ICC code (by Xinian Zuo, url). The negative values generated by this calculation were set to 0.
The spatial correlation of ICC maps are calculated and plotted, as well as the distribution of ICC values in the whole brain. The code of the plot generation is not attached here. It's on the server.
Here Figure 1 shows ICC maps projected on to a surface template (only left heisphere) for ALFF, fALFF, ReHo, VMHC, Degree Centrality and Dual Regression (with 10 RSNs from Smith et al, 2009). From left the right, the maps are for mx_1400, mx_645, mx_1400_DS, mx_645_DS, mx_1400_DSNF, mx_645DSNF and std_2500 data.
