Introduction

Human Resources are some of the most impactful to an organization. Managing attrition properly allows organizations to continue to provide quality services by planning for expected changes in staffing.

The capability to test data against predictive models and download results also allows the organization to begin staffing and training staff earlier on skills of higher risk from a predictive analytics perspective.

Approach and Methodology

Three models were trained using a sample data set, more than 1000 records were held to allow for testing the application. The three models used are:

  • RandomForests
  • Decision Tree
  • Generalized Linear Model

The three models will provide results by using the Shiny Application:
