This is a presentation for the Coursera Data Class “Developing Data products”. The following slides provide graphs produced with the R package plotly. The presentation was created with R Markdown.
- Plot: Sepal.Length vs. Sepal.Width
- Histogram: Sepal.Length by species
Both graphs use the iris data set. The first graph shows a scatterplot of sepal.width an sepal.length to understand the potential correlation of both data. The points are colored by species. The second graph shows a histogram of sepal.length splitted by species.
