Choose one of David Robinson’s tidytuesday screencasts, watch the video, and summarise. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCeiiqmVK07qhY-wvg3IZiZQ

Q1 What is the title of the screencast?

nyc squirrel sensus ## Q2 When was it published? 10/29/19 ## Q3 Describe the data Hint: What’s the source of the data; what does the row represent; how many observations?; what are the variables; and what do they mean? Long, lat, unique_squirrel_id,hectare,date,shift,hectare_squirrel_number,age, primary fur color, highlihg fur color,combination_of_primary_and_highlight_color ## Q4-Q5 Describe how Dave approached the analysis each step. Hint: For example, importing data, understanding the data, data exploration, etc. He started by reading the data vigerously, analyzing the variables class, and description. describing the differece between character and logical.

Q6 Did you see anything in the video that you learned in class? Discuss in a short paragraph.

He created a scatter plot in which that is something our class has been working on recently. A scatter plot is a graph in which the values of two variables are plotted along two axes, the pattern of the resulting points revealing any correlation present. Based off of the imagaery of a scatter plot he determined from where exactly the data was taken from ( centrl park NY)

Q7 What is a major finding from the analysis.

Alot of the data from the squrrels are from the left side of the lake thats where most of the squirrels seem to eat forrage dig there holes. Squirrels in the northwest corner of central park are more likely to run away.

Q8 What is the most interesting thing you really liked about the analysis.

THe most interesting thing was the coding being done. How fast he can code with no errors, is kind of crazy. It was cool to watch him decode everything and create all these different types of charts and graphs with not a single error.

Q9 Display the title and your name correctly at the top of the webpage.

Q10 Use the correct slug.
