Analysis

Using the first graph, we determined that individuals who have verified incomes on average have higher annual incomes than individuals without verified incomes as well as source verified incomes(Verified incomes had the highest annual income, the source verified income was the second highest, and not verified income had the lowest annual income. Given that individuals who had verified income, had higher annual income, we questioned whether those same individuals were likely to own their homes. From the second graph, we determined that annual income was higher for individuals who have a mortgage than those who rented and owned their home (mortgage observed the highest annual income, rent was the second highest, and owning was the lowest). Ultimately, the highest percentage of annual income is not only observed in verified incomes, but also in household who have mortgages rather than owning and or renting.
