ICC reports (quick version of ICC code)

Here I am showing the ICC maps calculated for each derivatives by an relatively old but fast version of ICC code (by Xinian Zuo, url).

The spatial correlation of ICC maps are calculated and plotted, as well as the distribution of ICC values in the whole brain. The code of the plot generation is not attached here. It's on the server.

ICC Maps

Here Figure 1 shows ICC maps calculated for all the derivatives projected to a surface template (only left heisphere). From left the right, the maps are from mx_1400, mx_645, mx_1400_DS, mx_645_DS, mx_1400_DSNF, mx_645DSNF and std_2500 data (the labels is on the bottom of the figure, pleaes scroll down to see them).
