The aim of this project is to study the relationship between CO2 emissions and economic performance (GDP per capita). My hypothesis is that there exists an heterogeneos relationship between these two variables and could depend on the geographic issues.

• There is evidence of clusters for South America and Europe but the others.
• There is a positive relationship between GDP per capita and pollution per capita.
• It seems possible that the hypothesis of greater emission and economic performance could not be rejected (in a eye-test).
