NYC 311 open data for 2019_Q3 contain a total of 545,400 service requests, consisting of 95,174 requests from the Bronx, 171,678 requests from Brooklyn, 108,371 requests from Manhattan, 139,124 requests from Queens, and 27,950 requests from Staten Island. The three most common complaint types were: Noise - Residential (n=59,255), Illegal Parking (n=55,975), and Noise - Street/Sidewalk (n=42,309). City agencies with the highest number of service request assignments were: NYPD (n=239,945), DOT (n=75,071), and DEP (n=50,167).
