This plot shows where the Coca-Cola and Pepsi’s tweets are coming from. The first graph shows Coca-Cola, notice how all of their tweets only come from Sprinklr. Sprinklr is a company that manages social media. Showing that Coca-Cola takes a much more hands off approach to interacting with customers. The second graph gives us a look at where Pepsi’s tweets are coming from. They have a much wider agranment of where their tweets are coming from. This suggests that they are taking a much more personalized approach to interacting with their customers.
