This is the first necessary layer in building a graph in ggplot2, and is what is used to load all the data to be used later.

This is the first code chunk used to make the actual graph. It sets up the graph that all the data will be put on later.

This is a code chunk that puts all the points of data on to the graph created in the last code chunk. The next chunk indicates outliers, and then takes out outliers. the next code chunk allows you to customize the points to the way you want them. The next code chunk adds the line of best fit adn then customize that line.
