Democratic and Republican changes in Registration

I have laid out all six versions of this chart just to show how Democrats have been trending down in the Southern counties for the past several cycles, while Republican registration in the rural counties are shooting up precipitously. These charts are not meant to be shown like this but probably compared to one another, or just focus on the Democratic South chart.

The counties have been categorized by Urban (Pima, Maricopa), South(Santa Cruz, Yuma, Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, La Paz, Gilam, Pinal), and North (Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, Apache, Yavapai, )

Map 3

Republican Registration Increases since 2012 by LD

This is a spatial representation of registration increases of Republicans since 2012 (redistricting), notice how much of the growth centers around rural LDs while their is little growth in the Maricopa suburbs.

Map 4

Democratic increases in the legislative districts since 2012.

This map is in contrast to the previous one. Democrats have been hemoraging registrants or have had stagnated growth in the rural LDs while gaining some significant ground in the more vote rich suburban/urban LDs in the Phoenix Metro (touching or inside Loop 101).
