#Face it. We don’t always take care of ourselves as well as we should. It’s hard, because life gets in the way—doubly so if we have a busy and productive work life. And when faced with the choice between hard work and convenience, guess which one wins out most of the time?
#But whether it’s convenient or not, maintaining our health should come first, before our daily to-do’s, before our work. Why? Because if we aren’t healthy, we can’t be successful, either—at home or at work.
#Our team will collect various data points, throughout the day, for food eating habits along with the calorific content of food consumed and the exercises or any form of physical activities that the team is participating in on daily basis.
#This project will help in measuring and correlating the data points (food and workout) between the daily habits throughout the week and will help in monitoring changes in weekdays vs. weekends for the same. With the correlation and analysis, we will be able to see the trends in food and workout habits by providing relevant visualizations.
#The data will be collected for 3 weeks starting from 5/20/2019 to 6/09/2019. Data points:
#Food intake will also be measured in terms of the nutritional value associated with that food item to point out which days of the week an individual is making healthy or not-healthy food choices. Following data points will be captured-
#Day of the Week, Date (mm/dd/yyyy), Time of the Day, Food Item, Food Type, Food Source, Quantity, Calories, Carbs(g), Proteins(g), Fat(g)
#Workout or any form of physical activity done during a day will also be tracked throughout the project period and thus the food data can be correlated with the Workout and Physical activity data. Following data points will be captured-
#Day of the Week, Date (mm/dd/yyyy), Time of the Day (Workout), Workout Type, Work Duration, Calories Burnt
