This code is used to identify matched controls, as required to test an implementation of the RISH harmonization method described in Karayumak et al., 2019. Here, we use data from the SPINS study, and match the MRP site (target) to the MRC site (reference). We first aim to identify the gold-standard of n=20 matched ‘healthy control’ participants (or at least, the recommended n=16-18), on the basis of sex, age, and IQ (here, established by WTAR). Note: we could not matched on the basis of handedness (established by EHI ≥ .5), due to sample characteristics.
