Association Plots -

The association plots did not have clear labels or descriptions of what they were measuring so it was hard for me to understand what they were created for.

Bar Charts -

There is a 3d chart of bar plots on the worlds surface. This is a very interesting visualization which captures my attention, but as it is diagonal, it is not easy to compare bar plots against each other or quanity their differences.

The Bar Chart I found interesting but confusing

The bar chart below I think is a simple chart but I think it does a good job reprenting the data. I can clearly tell that the letters represent different people and the bars are their different heights. The numbers on the top are nice to help determine the scale. The use of “rulers” instead of bars is just an added fun way to make the visual more appealing.

Some things that I might change: I don’t think the different colors were necessary. Also, labelled axises and a header would be nice. Additionally, there are no axises that provide what is being measured.

Ruler Bar Chart ##Categorical Data The categorical data contained association plots and did not provide much other information.

Fluctuation Diagram

Fluctuation Diagrams are graphical representations of contingency tables.

Mosaic Plot

I like this mosaic plot because it provides a lot of information across different categorical variables. There are two differentt facts and two different genders that the data spans and it easy to navigate. Additionally, the color of the graph denotes the pearson residuals, which is an added layer of knowledge.
