The three most common complaint types were: Noise - Residential (n=58,842), Illegal Parking (n=31,948), and Blocked Driveway (n=29,186). City agencies with the highest number of service request assignments were: NYPD (n=182,763), HPD (n=101,935), and DOT (n=66,679). Overall, 72.9% of service requests were closed on or before their respective due dates.
